Know every child
on your courts.
Volé is built for junior and family sessions — where the parent signs up but the child is the one registered, consented and accounted for. Run your juniors, camps and events with a proper register, and your leagues and coaching alongside.

Court-booking software has no idea who the child is.
A parent signs their kid up under their own adult profile. So the club never learns who is actually coming, a parent can’t register more than one child, and there is no register, no emergency contact and no photo consent anywhere. For an under-18 session that is a safeguarding gap, not an admin one.
The child is the booking.
Five steps, and the register writes itself.
Set up the session, tagged for children.
A one-off, a half-term camp or a whole term of Saturday mornings. Set the age range, the price per child and the number of places. Tagging it as a children’s session is what changes everything downstream.
- Repeat weekly or fortnightly, and drop the weeks you’re closed
- Set a minimum to run — under it, you decide, and nobody is charged if you cancel
- Ask a coach to take it; the club still owns the session and the money
One account, every child in the family.
Children live inside the parent’s account — no logins for kids, no separate sign-ups. They tick who’s coming, and children outside the age range are shown with the reason rather than quietly hidden.
- Siblings on one account, booked in one go
- One payment covers all of them — if there aren’t enough places for everyone, nothing is booked and nothing is charged
- Names and ages are entered once and reused every term
Two photo questions, not one tick-box.
A parent may be happy for a coach to film a serve and unhappy for their nine-year-old to be on Instagram. So they are two separate answers, both dated, both changeable at any time — and your register shows what the answer is today.
- Coaching use and public use, recorded separately
- Emergency contacts, with a relationship and a number to ring
- A second parent or carer can be copied on every booking email
Emergency — Joy Reckless (Mum) · 07700 900123
Who is on your courts, by name.
Every child on the session, in surname order, with their age, who is responsible for them and who to ring. Not a list of parents. Not a headcount. The thing the person on court actually needs.
- Children named individually — three siblings are three rows, not one parent three times
- Ages, never dates of birth
- Flags any child with no emergency contact yet, before the session
Money in your account, not ours.
Parents pay by card, the money goes to the club’s own Stripe account automatically, and Volé’s fee comes off each place. No subscription and no commission on your prices.
- Volé’s fee per coaching place: from as little as £0.79, up to £1.99 by lesson price
- Volé’s fee per event entry: from as little as £0.79, up to £2.49 by entry price
- Stripe card processing from 1.5% + 20p on UK cards, at cost
Your whole events layer.
Keep your court booking where it is. Block the courts in your usual system and run everything that happens on them in Volé.
Six event formats
Leagues, knockouts, box leagues, Americano, Mexicano and King of the Court — entries, fixtures, live scoring and tables.
Coaching, club-owned
Run group sessions yourself and put one of your coaches on court. The club is paid; the coach is booked.
A page of your own
volepadel.com/your-club — logo, about, upcoming events and a gallery. One link for every WhatsApp group you’re in.
Share sheets that work
Every session comes with a link, a QR poster and a ready-to-post image sized for feed and story.
We don’t hold medical records.
Volé deliberately doesn’t store medical conditions or allergy information. That belongs in your own club records, with the people who are on court and can act on it — and we say so to parents on the form, at booking, and on the register itself. Everything else about a child is there: name, age, who is responsible, who to ring, and what they have consented to.
Run your next junior session on Volé.
Free to set up. Nothing monthly. You’ll have a session live and shareable in about five minutes.
