Card entries pay out automatically to your account. Volé's fee is small and shown up front; Stripe card processing is 1.5% + 20p on UK cards, rising by card type — commercial, EEA and international cards cost more to process. See it all, export it all.

How do our costs compare?
Margins on an event are thin. Whether you are covering court hire or raising for a cause, what matters is how much of the entry fee survives the journey to your account.
So we take nothing from you. Our own fee is added at checkout and paid by the entrant — the only thing deducted from your money is card processing, passed through at the standard UK rate with nothing added on top.

What you pay per entry. Volé is Stripe processing at cost — 1.5% + 20p on UK cards, rising by card type. Competitor rates as published, August 2026, with their fee absorbed rather than passed to the entrant. Shopify assumes £19/month spread over a 40-entry event. Playtomic list 4% plus further fees we cannot see.
At every price point we are the cheapest way to take an entry. But the fee is only half of it: you also get the fixtures, live scoring, tables and the screen on the wall, included.
